Shipping Policy

Our products can only be purchased from within New Zealand. We ship nationwide. All our orders are shipped from NZ Post for North Island addresses and Post Haste for South Island addresses.

Our products come in various sizes depending on the item you choose and are packaged in sturdy cardboard.

Our shipping prices vary across the country, depending on the item you choose, the quantity of items you are purchasing and finally, where we are delivering to. Please use the Add to Cart feature which will allow you to calculate your shipping fees. A surcharge base on the pricing the courier company sets will be added for deliveries to rural addresses.

When your order is placed, we will endeavour to dispatch your items the following business day. Expected delivery times will be within 2-3 business days, and rural addresses can expect delivery within 4-5 business days.

Once your items are with the courier company, Amaze Heaters NZ cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur through the courier company. However, we will work with the courier company to ensure your purchased items are delivered.

Returns Policy

Subject to your rights as a consumer under any statute, the following terms apply to the return of products:

  1. Change of Mind:

    1. If you change your mind about the products, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of the dispatch date. You can reach us by going to our Contact Us page.
  2. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products:

    1. If the products were damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery, we will replace them in full, after receiving photographic or other forms of evidence suitable to us of such.
    2. Either we will bear all costs of returning the products to us if they are damaged, defective or faulty; or you will bear the costs of disposing of the products if we do not need them returned.
  3. Return Conditions:

    1. All incorrect products and products where you have changed your mind must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documentation.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that are supposedly damaged, defective or faulty, and upon examination or testing, are found not to be damaged, defective, or faulty.
    3. If we delivered incorrect products, we will provide details on how to return the items using our paid courier service. If this service is not used, we will not be liable for any costs involved in returning the goods.
    4. If you changed your mind, you are liable for the costs of returning the products to us.
  4. Refunds:

    1. We will not issue a refund until we receive the returned products.
    2. For any issues regarding your order or refund, contact us by going to our Contact Us page.
